Terms of use
1. What Photo Delivery is
Photo Delivery is a web service that lets photographers and videographers ("you") deliver gallery pages to their clients with photos and videos that live in your own Google Drive. It is operated by Amado Corea, Managua, Nicaragua ("we"). Contact: soporte@photodelivery.app.
2. Your account
- You log in with your email (sign-in link) or your Google account and you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information.
- Each account is personal. Don’t share it.
3. Your content and your clients
- The photos and videos are yours and stay in your Drive. We only read them to display them and we don’t keep permanent copies.
- You guarantee that you have the necessary rights and permissions over what you deliver, including the consent of the people photographed and, for minors, of their parents or guardians (see Content and minors).
- You are responsible for sharing the folder correctly and for deciding who receives the link.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal content, content that exploits or endangers minors, content that infringes third-party rights, harassment or spam, nor to try to access other people’s data, overload the service or circumvent its limits. We may suspend galleries or accounts that break these rules.
5. Plans, prices and payments
- There is a Free plan and a paid Pro plan (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the home page. The Studio plan is not on sale yet.
- Payments are processed by Whop (whop.com), our payment provider. We don’t see or store your card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard, under “My subscription”.
- The Pro plan renews every period until you cancel it. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Refund conditions are shown when you subscribe.
- We may change prices and will notify you in advance before they affect your next renewal.
6. If you stop paying
If your subscription ends or payment definitively fails, your account moves to the Free plan. The galleries you already delivered keep opening for your clients, now with “Made with Photo Delivery” in the footer. What is limited is creating new galleries above the Free plan limit and using Pro features in new or edited galleries.
7. Usage limits
The service uses the Google Drive API, which has shared quotas. Plans are subject to fair use. If an account consumes a disproportionate amount, we will let you know and may ask you to adjust your usage or change plans, without cutting off your clients’ galleries without notice.
8. Music and third parties
The included melody is generated by Photo Delivery and carries no third-party copyright. If you choose your own song (an audio file in your Drive), you are responsible for holding the rights. Google Drive and Google Fonts are third-party services with their own terms.
9. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. Because it depends on Google Drive, if Drive fails or changes its rules, your galleries may be affected. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Closing your account
You can stop using the service whenever you want and ask us to delete your account and galleries by writing to soporte@photodelivery.app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will publish the date of the last update. If you keep using the service, you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Nicaragua.
