Content and minors

Photos of minors

Many deliveries include minors: quinceañeras, babies, children in family sessions. If you are a photographer on Photo Delivery:

• You must have the authorization of their parents or guardians to photograph them and to deliver their images through this service.
• Share the link only with the right people (the family). Anyone with the link can view the gallery, so treat it as private information.
• If a parent or guardian asks you to remove a gallery, delete it from your dashboard or write to us and we will remove it.

Prohibited content

• Zero tolerance for any sexual content involving or exploiting minors. We remove it immediately, close the account and report it to the authorities.
• Illegal, violent or hateful content, or content that invades other people’s privacy.
• Content that infringes third-party copyright or image rights.

Music

The included melody is generated by Photo Delivery and carries no third-party rights. If you use your own song (an audio file in your Drive), you are responsible for holding the necessary license. Photo Delivery does not check or guarantee those rights.

How to report a gallery or ask us to remove it

Write to soporte@photodelivery.app with the gallery link and the reason. If it involves minors at risk or illegal content, we review it with priority and may disable it while we look into it. If you believe your work was used without permission, include how to prove it is yours.
